Add or deactivate a portal user for your clinic

Customer Admins manage their own clinic's users — no ticket needed for the common cases.

Add a user

  1. Manage users → Invite user. Work email, name, and role:
  2. User — raises and views the clinic's tickets. Right for most staff.
  3. Customer Admin — additionally manages users and approves requests (seat changes, data exports). Keep this to 2–3 people.
  4. They receive an invitation valid for 7 days; MFA setup is part of first sign-in for Admins.

Deactivate a user (staff leaving)

Manage users → (person) → Deactivate. Immediate; their tickets stay with the clinic, nothing is lost. Do this as part of your leaver routine the same day someone finishes — an ex-staff member's active login is the kind of thing privacy audits ask about.

Two rules worth adopting

If your last remaining Customer Admin has left, call us on 1300 XXX XXX — we'll verify against your clinic's registered details and reinstate admin access (we deliberately can't do this by email).
